Sales, Pickup & Warranty
When you decide which unit meets your needs, you may place an order in our online store with a $500.00 down payment for the selected unit plus any additional upgrades. This will hold the desired unit and provide a receipt which can be printed.
Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted by our Buddy customer service team to make an appointment date and time for pickup. If not in stock, our Buddy customer service team shall offer you the closest availability date for the desired unit.
Upon pickup or delivery, full payment is required on the balance of the order by certified cheque, or money order. Details will be provided by our Buddy customer service team.
Pickup & Delivery
Orders are generally available for pickup within 1 week (during business hours) of your online order date to be confirmed with you by phone and email by our Buddy customer service team.
Deliveries are available at an additional cost, subject to the location desired. This can be discussed with our Buddy customer service team who can provide a quote for you.
Returns & Cancelled Orders
We accept returns at our showroom warehouse. You can return unused items in the original packaging and condition within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the unit and determine whether you are entitled to a return based on the observed condition. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price with a credit that shall be applied via your original method(s) of payment.
Sale items are non-refundable. Orders cancelled within 1 week are subject to an administration charge of $200. Please contact our Buddy customer service team for status and information on all returns.
Warranty & Exchanges
Cottage Gas Buddy trailers are warranted for defects for a 1 year period from date of final sale. The warranty is voided for any misuse or lack of required maintenance of the unit and its components.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged at time of receipt. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. Our Buddy customer service team will arrange an exchange date for all valid claims.
